E - Forward

E-Forward allows customers to to retrieve and play voice mail messages from their computer. This is especially beneficial to customers when they are traveling. E-mail/voice mail messages can also be forwarded to another e-mail address

Each new voice mail message will arrive in your e-mail in-box, just like regular e-mail messages.

Customers are required to download a version of Microsoft's Media Player" in order to play the message their computer. (link provided within e-mail)

Message Options from e-mail are: to "Listen to Message", "Save Message" and "Delete Message" which can be done directly from the e-mail. (See sample below)

This feature is currently available through Terril Telephone Cooperative, call office for pricing information.

A voice mail message is attached to this email. To listen to the message open the attachment.
Message Options
Save Message The Save Message link saves the message on the voice mail system.
Delete Message The Delete Message link deletes the message from the voice mail system.

These links only affect the message on the voice mail system, they do not affect this email message.


 
Problems Playing the Attached Message?
The attached message is in Windows Media format. If you cannot listen to the attached message, then you need to download a newer version of Microsoft's Media player. A recent version can be downloaded for Macintosh, Windows, and Solaris users from Microsoft's Windows Media Site.
